At the Brisbane Marketing Convention Bureau, we understand that sometimes an event may need front-end financial support, in order to get it up and running.

For example, some groups find the gap between when costs are incurred and when registration funds are received to be a barrier to getting started.

That’s why we have developed a financial assistance scheme to help non-profit organisations wishing to stage a national or international convention in Brisbane. Our Convention Loan Scheme can provide between $5,000 and $10,000 towards initial set up and promotional costs.
